Had my birthday celebration with friends at this new chic Indo-nonya restaurant right in the heart of Somerset MRT! Love the Gula Melaka Sago dessert - you don't wanna miss that!

A first rate Peranakan restaurant. Very competent preparation of classics like Ayam Buah Keluak and Chap Chye with rich sauces. Decent wine offering. A solid establishment and recommended for those looking for good Peranakan cuisine.

Verandah @ Rael’s - It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. Absolutely the best Peranakan food we have ever had. So in love with the restaurant’s interior wall murals and floating cloud chandelier lights! Dishes to die for: Chicken Buah Keluak, Honey Pork, Sambal Tiger Prawns and Grilled Sotong with Kicap Manis. The service we received was excellent and we will definitely be back again and again. Highly recommend!
